Tom Cavaliere, Broker Associate , has been a licensed broker since 1978, focusing on sales and marketing of residential properties, commercial investment properties, new construction and land development. Tom’s expertise is not limited residential and commercial sales. He has been very successful with land acquisition and development throughout the greater New Haven and Valley areas for nearly four decades. He has built a solid reputation with the builders, developers and construction companies that he has worked with throughout his entire career. Tom earned his Graduate, REALTORS® Institute (GRI) designation and has consistently been chosen as a featured Five Star Professional in Connecticut Magazine since 2012. Actively involved in his hometown of Bethany, Tom is currently chairman of the Economic Development Commission for the Town of Bethany and a past Lion of the Year of the Bethany Lions Club for his contribution and commitment to the town. He also serves as an executive board member of the Orange Economic Development Corporation, as well as serving as a past director of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors Inc. He resides in Bethany with his wife Lorri, where they raised their three grown children.
